RETURNS AND REFUND POLICY

We will give u a full refund if product is not what expected or is damaged upon buying once item is sent back to us using a shipping method of your choice, if the product was bought by mistake and has not yet been shipped we refund you straight away however you will be charged for the card fees.

RETURNS

All returns must be requested within 30 days of receiving the product. All returned items must be in new and unused condition, with all original tags and labels attached. 

DAMAGES AND ISSUES

Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

RETURN PROCESS

To return an item, please email customer service at squarezoned@gmail.com to obtain a Return. We do not cover the return shipping fee, place the item securely in its original packaging and item along with proof of purchase, then mail your return to the address we will give you. once we have received the goods the return will be processed.

RETURN FEES

Orders refunded over 19.99 will have a charge fee usually around 20p and up to 3% of product value  

  

United Kingdom

Please note, you will be responsible for all return shipping charges. We strongly recommend that you use a trackable method to mail your return. 

REFUNDS

 

After receiving your return and inspecting the condition of your item, we will process your return. Please allow at least three (3) days from the receipt of your item to process your return. Refunds may take 1-2 billing cycles to appear on your credit card statement, depending on your credit card company. We will notify you by email when your return has been processed.
